If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product however please ensure all details are correct in your purchase order, as orders will be made to those exact details. If we find that the product was made to those exact conditions we will be unable to replace your order.
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
